Qualifications:
¨ Between 26-35 years old
¨ Graduate of an Engineering-related course; Licensed Engineer (preferably Electrical Engineer)
¨ Must have at least three (3) years experience as a Project Manager, or any construction-related work
¨ Must have working knowledge of applicable codes, regulations and other building standards
¨ Must be familiar in designing, estimating and costing of projects
¨ Must have the capacity to handle multiple / simultaneous projects
¨ Must be proficient in both oral and written communications
¨ Must possess a pleasing and dynamic personality, impeccable integrity and good moral character
¨ Must be detail-oriented and organized; teamplayer
¨ Must have strong leadership skills
¨ Must be proficient in MS office applications (Excel/Word/Powerpoint)
