Macquarie’s Information Technology Group (ITG) is responsible for the management of Macquarie’s global technology infrastructure, the support and development of existing business systems, and the delivery and deployment of new systems, technologies and services. Each of Macquarie’s business Groups have a dedicated IT team partnering with them to understand the Group’s specific technology needs and to provide innovative and effective IT solutions.
Graduates joining our team will work alongside talented colleagues who provide ongoing support and training. You will have the opportunity to learn about Macquarie’s culture, goals and values, our management and organisation, and key professional skills which provide you with a supportive link between university and the corporate world. Macquarie’s social and community activities ensure that you establish a network of peer relationships.
We are seeking high-calibre candidates in their penultimate year from a range of different disciplines- IT, Human Resources and Finance. Successful candidates will have the following attributes:

For the different departments, academic qualifications are:
Desktop Support Trainee (IT): Computer Science, Information Technology, and other related disciplines
Finance Trainee (Finance): Finance, Commerce, Accountancy, and other related disciplines
Recruitment Trainee (Human Resources): Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources Management, and other related disciplines
