Responsibilty:
• Develop high quality training program and materials
• Conduct training and evaluate the effectiveness of training performance
• Provide accent and conversational English training and soft skills training
• Performs individual mentoring, and provides feedback and coaching over opportunity areas
• Recommends changes in the training programs
• Works on process improvement projects for the business
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field.
• Candidate must have strong time management, and analytical skills.
• At least 4 years working experience in call center industry, and 2 years experience in a trainer position
• Must have excellent interpersonal, presentation, English verbal/written communications skills.
• Dynamic, energetic facilitator with the ability to read an audience and adjust delivery accordingly
• Ability to work on multiple projects in a rapidly changing environment
• Ability to transfer knowledge & check the applicability
• Excellent facilitation skills and process knowledge
• Strong MS Office, leadership and customer service skills (complaint handling)
• Familiar with PC and digital consumer electronic products.
• Strong knowledge with mobile phone operating system (Android and Windows Mobile)
• Experience with GSM, CDMA or GPRS products is preferred.
• Willing to work in a schedule-shifting environment, including graveyard, holiday and weekend shifts
