Responsibilities:

Professional Development

1. Conducts effective progress evaluations in a timely manner.

Internal Operations

1. Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.

Programming Languages

1. Strong programming skills in PHP, CSS, XHTML, HTML, Javascript and Ajax
2. Extensive knowledge of multiple web application frameworks across multiple platforms
3. Experience with developing web services running on Apache
4. Build web pages and templates with focus on detail, quality and maintaining design consistency.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
2. Candidate must have adepth knowledge in web design, flash animation and web development
3. Proficient with various web and graphic applications needed for web development, eCommerce and electronic communication (Flash, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, PHP, HTML, XHTML, CSS, Javascript).
4. Tech-savvy with understanding of site functionality, site architecture, data flow and navigation schemes.
5. Strong concept-developing experience on websites, online ads and interactive flash presentation.
6. Ability to coordinate web efforts with the team.
7. Fluent in English, written and oral communication skills.
8. At least (2) years experience in web/flash development
9. Ability to work with complex situations that may not have a prescribed resolution.
10. With excellent customer service orientation and good attitude towards superiors
11. Well developed problem solving skills
12. With excellent interpersonal and communication skills
