PROJECT ARCHITECT/ INTERIOR DESIGNER

CJT Builders Corporation is a 14yr old company with services ranging from Interior Design, Space Planning, Finishing Construction as well as Design Development with various collaboration with existing and outstanding Development Companies.
Our Core Competence is more on the Residential/Hotel and Office Interior developments.

Responsibilities:

1. Proficient in Autocad, Corel or any other related 3Dsoftware
2. Can Prepare Tech./Detail construction drawings
3. Can review, evaluate and recommend Plan improvements
4. Willing to do Actual Site Review developments and Project reporting
5. Has good oral & Written communication skill

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Professional License is an advantage. Architecture, Urban Studies/Town Planning or equivalent.
2. Required skill(s): Autocad 2006
3. Preferred skills: Intericad 3000, sketchup, Adobe PhotoShop & Corel Draw.
4. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
5. Applicants must be willing to work in Alabang/ Las Piñas/ Parañaque City.
