OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB
The General Accounting (GA) Team Lead is accountable for the delivery of administering the GA processes as per agreed scope in accordance with published guidelines and sound internal control standards on behalf of the client.
Serves as the team’s Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the following areas of scope
- Journal Entries
- Reconciliations
- Treasury / Cash Management
- Period Close
- Monthly Standard Activities
- Quality Assurance across Delivery Centers
- Ensures that monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close schedules are met.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of any Accounting or Finance course
- Atleast three (3) years accounting experience in particular GA
- Experience with accounting systems (SAP)
- Open for night and/or cyclical shifts
