JAVA / Windows Mobile / IPhone Developer

We will be seeking a western thinking manager to act as the daily manager, and at the same time as development manager for the different project teams.

1. must have worked for Scandinavian companies before,
2. have a proven track record of running a small team (20+ persons) as well as taking for of the daily administration of such company, naturally with assistance of legal aid, bookkeeping services etc.
3. Each of the development teams will work in close corporation with our team in Kiev and in Copenhagen, using SCRUM as the project philosophy.

For the developers:

1. with a Masters in computer science (preferred)
2. fluent in English
3. at least 4 years of experience working for other software companies producing Enterprise applications – not consulting!
4. A western mental- and cultural orientation is required.
5. All persons (server and client side) must have knowledge of XML, HTML, HTTP/S, cryptography, detailed understanding of collaboration systems (Exchange/Lotus Domino)
6. self-motivated and have a high level of quality. In general all candidates should adher to the principal that “Less is more”, hence the fewer lines of code to achieve the goal, the better.
7. (2-3) Windows Mobile developers experienced in C#, C++ and C, with experience in the compact framework, GUI and multi threaded “back-end” process development. These persons will join our existing WM team and start developing our new dynamic application framework, where the device from the server receives an XML layout description, and the clients then renders this into native screens and actions. Further to this, the new WM team members will assist in the ongoing bug fixing and general enhancement of the feature set towards the next release.
8. (1) iPhone developer experienced in objective-C, with experience in cocoa touch, CoreFoundation, Xcode, Instruments and Shark. Experience with delegates and MVC design patterns. This person (who are a true Mac disciple) will join our existing iPhone team and will assist in the ongoing bug fixing and general enhancement of the feature set towards the next release.
9. (2-3) Java J2ME&Android/BlackBerry developers experienced in Java, with experience in the native java API on the different platforms (PIM, NET/IO,files etc.), GUI and multi threaded “back-end” process development. These persons will join our existing java client team and start developing our new dynamic application framework, where the device from the server receives an XML layout description, and the clients then renders this into native screens and actions. Further to this, the new java team members will assist in the ongoing bug fixing and general enhancement of the feature set towards the next release.
10. (2) server JBoss developers experienced in J2EE, with experience in high concurrency clustered systems, database integration, HTML GUI development using JQuery and GWT, and integration to collaboration systems like MS-Exchange, Lotsu Domino etc. These persons will join our existing server team and start developing our new end-user portal, where users can manage their own mobile devices, make back-ups, provision software, set e.g. access points etc… Further to this, the new server team members will assist in the ongoing bug fixing and general enhancement of the feature set towards the next release.
