PHI Culinary Arts and Food Services Institute Inc.

The PHI Culinary Arts and Food Services Institute Inc. also known as ICF is a learning ang training school for people who aspire to become “the industry fit” skilled and professional individuals that are in demand both locally and internationally.

ICF offers the following programs: (a) two-year diploma for Culinary Chefs Training Program (CCTP) and one-year Certificate for Baking and Pastry Chefs Training Program (BPCTP), and (b) Short courses under the Continuing Education and Training Program (CETP) for the allied professionals, food enthusiasts and recreational seekers. All programs offer a dynamic, practical and fulfilling approaches intended to turn interests into passion.

We are looking for young and dynamic professionals who can transform spirited individuals into becoming culinarians, food service practitioners and employees with the drive to lead the way and move ahead through eclectic learning methodologies.

Requirements:

  1. Culinary Arts or Baking & Pastry Arts degree/diploma from a culinary school and preferably with a 4-year college degree.
  2. Male/Female, at least 3 year(s) continuous supervisory industry experience in a restaurant, hotel, resort or reputable food service institution.
  3. Preferably holder of the following requirements

1. Training Methodology course ™
2. Assessment Methodology course (AM)
3. Service NC Level II for commercial cooking, baking & pastry production, food & beverage services and bartending

  1. Has an excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with mature disposition and a team player
  2. Knowledgeable in developing training modules in Culinary Arts and Food Service
  3. Full-Time and Part Time positions available.
