EXIGO Process Solutions, is an American-owned, Philippine based call center that provides customer service, sales, lead generation and live transfer services to its US based clientele. Established in November 2008 with a staff of 5 telesales representatives, the center was originally intended to serve as the marketing arm for 7dayfunds, a Florida- based Merchant Cash Advance provider. Nowat, EXIGO has continued to grow, now providing Customer Support Services to another US based Internet Marketing firm and venturing to other Business Process Outsourcing opportunities.

The company, headquartered in the Ortigas Business District in the Philippines is nested on a fully functional, state-of-the-art call center facility. Equipped with fully functional predictive dialers, high capacity servers, high speed internet connection and its own scalable leased line, the 70 seater call center is more than capable of delivering crystal clear voice connections that bridges the distance between our representatives and our client’s customers. Apart from the physical infrastructure in place, EXIGO continues to pride itself with a high quality of manpower resource. Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be part our new outbound processes that are launching this month. The responsibilities will be as follows:

1. Make outbound telemarketing calls to our customers based out of Canada, US, Australia and the United Kingdom.
2. Generate revenue through lead generation and cold calling.
3. Interact with potential customers through consistent follow ups.

Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
  2. Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  3. 20 Full-Time positions available.
