Responsibilities:

1. Accurate, complete and timely financial reporting to Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP);
2. Management of ANZ’s relationship with the BSP reporting area;
3. Actively monitor compliance with BSP and ANZ accounting policies;
4. Preparation and analysis of daily profit and loss of Market’s products;
5. Timely preparation of annual financial statements.

BSP Reporting

– Accurate, complete and on-time reporting of the Branch’s financial performce daily/weekly/monthly to meet BSP’s reporting requirements. – Accurate, complete and on-time of prudential positions to ensure compliance with BSP rules and regulations pertaining to our branch banking license in Manila; – Responsibility for maintaining good relations between ANZ and BSP in relation to regulatory reporting requirements.

Management Reporting

– Prepare daily GPL report of Markets including appropriate analysis, informative commentaries and provision of supporting business statistics and – Monitor daily movements and perform reconciliation, if necessary, of the daily GPL figure variances with Markets’ estimates

Financial Reporting

– Prepare the annual financial statements and other related documents for submission to regulatory bodies and – Coordination with the external auditors on the audit requirements.

Requirements:

1. Experience in BSP policies;
2. Sound knowledge of financial accounting processes;
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
4. Computer literacy in particular Microsoft Word, Access, Powerpoint and Excel;
5. Time management skills;
6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment ;
7. Sound interpersonal skills and possessing strong initiative and
8. Attention to detail and accuracy critical
