Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and ensures that the quality system is implemented and quality policy is achieved in the Administration
2. Establish procedure concerning to Administration Department.
3. Administers/conduct qualifying exam for applicants
4. Screen and interview the applicants to assess the qualification.
5. Responsible for checking the newly hired employees.
6. Responsible for implementing the general orientation training program for new employees.
7. Establish and execute the Company Rules and Regulations
8. Responsible for the promulgation of company rules and regulation
9. Conduct the Training Needs Analysis to all employees.
10. Responsible for preparing and implementing theTraining and Education Plan.
11. Facilitate the processing of payment for the proposed external training.
12. Responsible for checking the issuance of certificates for internal training and education.
13. Review the Company Policy
14. Evaluate the performance of Administration staff.
15. Responsible for executing the contract of employment.
16. Guides/helps in any problem that may arise in any of the different departments of the company.
17. In-charge in administering company activities
18. Monitor the work assignment of security service.
19. Safekeeping the 201 file of all management staff.
20. Update the company regarding the new labor code and other mandatory policy of the Company regarding labor law
21. Checks and identify reports regarding the new/resigned employee and to government and private sector.
22. Monitor and check the timecharges and payroll computation of all staffs and operators.
23. Coordinates with both government and private sectors/agencies.
24. Responsible for composing the business correspondence and memorandum.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
