RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the managing Service Activities for customers in the US.
- Identify issues on Service Activities through monitoring of call queues; understand the driver of the issue and then resolve the issues either through the system or in working with the customer.
- Answer customer questions on issues with Service Activities via the phone.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent
- 1-2 years customer service experience
- Strong customer service & problem resolution skills.
- Excellent computer skills, including Excel and MS Word.
- Working US business hours required.
