Full Time Office Assistant

We are hiring immediately for a full-time Administrative Assistant in our multi-specialty medical office. Your duties will include composing emails (typically interoffice memos), answering and screening calls for the Marketing Director, occasionally filling in as a substitute receptionist when she is on break, ordering office supplies, and other related duties.
Skills & Qualifications:
Candidates must posses a minimum of a High School diploma, and be proficient in MS Office programs ie; Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint. Must type of 40+ wpm & have outstanding spelling and communication skills.
Pay:
Salary will be $13/hr. Benefits consist of Medical, Dental, Vision, and a 401.
