CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT
Responsibilities:
The primary objective of the Customer Service Representative is to answer customer\‘s accounts and
billing questions, complete simple transactions to add or change features of the
customer\‘s account, order taking and reservations. Experience in sales or up selling is an advantage.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree of any related course
Above average written and verbal English communication skills
Strong marketing /customer service background and experience
Ability to work closely with customers and sales personnel in order to respond to their customer’s needs
Good interpersonal skills
Computer and internet savvy
Ability to multi-task
Applicants must be willing to work in ORTIGAS and night-shifts.
Required language(s): English.
Maintain contact database and various reports
Be able to up-sell and cross sell products and or services relevant to the account
TECHNICAL SUPPORT REP
Responsibilities:
The primary objective of the Technical Support Representative is to do hardware or software troubleshooting
for products supported.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\‘s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
or equivalent.
Excellent English Communication Skills
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position or
specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
Skilled in computer navigation
Basic skills in computer troubleshooting for hardware and software
Work experience with internet connectivity and networking is a plus
Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Applicants may drop by the office Monday-Friday at 9:00am to 5:00pm
